Regarding commuting and student discounts [No prior notice required] Required documents and notes for the procedure
Enrollment confirmation slip (school attendance certificate) This sticker on the back of your student ID card certifies your enrollment for the current academic year. After filling in your commuting area (by route) and getting approval from Academic Affairs Division, you can use it as a commuting certificate.
Commuting certificate for practical training If you are going off-campus for training, graduation research, etc., the certificate will be issued at Academic Affairs Division Office.
Student Fare Discount Certificate (Student Discount Certificate) It can be issued on the same day at Papyrusmate (automatic certificate issuing machine).
Regarding payment of tuition fees and educational environment improvement fees [No prior notice required] Required documents and notes for the procedure

Certificates can be issued either at Papyrusmate (an automatic certificate issuing machine) or at Academic Affairs Division counter.

*1 Certificate of expected graduation: This is proof that you will be able to graduate in the specified academic year, and is necessary for job hunting etc.
?Vouchers will be issued from April 1st only if the following conditions are met:
(1) As of the end of March, students have been enrolled for three years or more (transfer students have been enrolled for one year or more) and have already met the number of credits required to graduate.
(2) As of the end of March, you have been enrolled for three years or more (transfer students must have been enrolled for one year or more) and have successfully completed course enrollment (including class registration) to meet the number of credits required for graduation in the new academic year.
Note 1) If you make course adjustments during the course adjustment period that will allow you to meet the number of credits required for graduation, your certificate will be issued the next day.
Note 2) The expected graduation date will be issued in March. If you are expecting to graduate in September, please contact Academic Affairs Division Division.
